It examines relevant clinical trials and studies, ingestion methods, and potential applications in men’s healthcare.

Aloe vera gel is rich in bioactive constituents, including polysaccharides (acemannan), anthraquinones (aloin, emodin), phenolic compounds (catechins, flavonoids), vitamins (vitamin C, E), enzymes (amylase, lipase), minerals (calcium, magnesium), and amino acids.
